Trouble logging in?
Are you registered on the site but are having trouble logging in now? Follow these directions to get a new password.
Everyone who has registered on the site has a USERNAME and a PASSWORD.
When you registered, the system sent you a one-time password with the username you chose.
If you have forgotten or lost your password, just look in the menu on the left for "Request new password."
The system will send you a new ONE-time password. Use that to log in and then immediately go to your "My Account" setting and change it.
When requesting a new password, you will need to know either your username or the email address you used with which to register.
NOTE: Your username is NOT case-sensitive, but the password IS case-sensitive.
